My business was not appreciated and when I asked about my mystery item that never shipped and items that were ordered days later were shipped and received, it was like they said oh we forgot about that pick this used worn item that can’t be worn and throw it in the bag, it didn’t even have a tag. I love to support small businesses and have got clothes from SO for over 3 years now but after the grab bag item that was my last moment that I could say “it’s okay, I just won’t wear it”. I returned one item but it took a long time to get a credit and the restocking fee is high for those higher priced items. I have received a few items that are not what was expected that I never wore but chose not to return because of the hassle of returns. Then I received an item that was a see through dress like item, I could never wear it unless i wanted to show everyone my bra and underwear. I ordered a mystery bag which didn’t ship for weeks before I emailed them and they said it’s on its way now. Don’t order mystery bags because you might receive things that you can ever wear. The customer service is rather poor, they only seem to care about a select group of customers.
